The Coronavirus, will NOT affect Landoo´s service

Dear customer,

Following the measures of the competent authorities, in Landoo we have  activated teleworking for all our workers from today Monday 16th March until further notice.

In order  to continue with your work with the maximum efficiency, we inform you of the main elements to be taken into account:

  • The service to our customers will not be affected.
  • We will continue attending  you on 943 568663, as well as in the usual emails.
  • The presential visits that are organized, will be replaced by videoconferences.
  • Our schedule remains as usual, from 9 to 18 hours.
  • It is possible that until we get used to this new way of working, we can go a little slower than usual. We ask for a little patience if this is the case.
  • All this is possible because we have an infrastructure that allows it: Odoo in the cloud, IP phones, laptops, etc.

On the other hand, please remember that if you have Odoo in the cloud, you can also activate teleworking for those  who have the ERP as their main working tool. If you have any doubts about how to activate remote access, restrict it, etc., do not hesitate to contact us.

Finally, we wish you courage for the confinement and that you are not a vector of contagion with any loved one you have in a population at risk. We hope that in a month we will have the issue under control and return to normal.
